Duke SSRI, an interdisciplinary social science research institute, wanted to improve how users accessed information and their general information architecture. We made it more inviting by brightening up the site with strong photography and bold colors as well as making it easier to navigate. The results were so well received that other departments associated with SSRI adapted to the design. Success? We think so.
