CLIENT: Capital Associates
Capital Associates is a full-service commercial real estate company that provides services in development, leasing and sales, property management, and consulting. They approached Mellonaid with a vision to create a memorable mailer to announce the company's move to a new location. Stamps, screen-printing, labels, and digital prints of photos were applied to a corrugated board before sealing it with packing tape to simulate a moving box. The result was a striking design that reinforced their message.
