Rob Richards, Interactive Developer, has come along way since the age of seven when he used to enjoy riding his bicycle in the rain wearing only his underwear. Rob now joins the Mellonaid team fully armed with a Mac laptop in hand and a diverse background of web development experience, including an inside and out expansive knowledge of computer technology applications as a Mac Genius Consultant.

On a day-to-day basis, Rob enjoys the process of translating design and conceptual ideas into web friendly formats. Yes, that means he makes images dance and explode across your computer screen, writing the code that builds your website. Rob is zealous about making the relationship between art and technology seem natural. Striving to constantly discover more effective ways of delivering content through the web, Rob finds inspiration from what he calls the best design ever, God’s creation: “The colors of the sky when the sun rises to the cool, soft, green moss on a tree trunk—the colors in nature are truly amazing.”

In his spare time, Rob can be found conquering new heights such as Black Mountain, serenading his wife, playing his guitar and singing in his band, all while strongly denying any resemblance to his celebrity look-alike, Adam Lambert.
